Reporting dangerous situations
At Beepiz, we go beyond simply protecting lone workers.
With the new Reporting feature, every employee becomes a player in workplace safety by easily reporting any risk, incident or near miss from their mobile application.

Why reporting is essential?
Near misses are often ignored... Yet they reveal real and recurring dangers. Not reporting them leaves a blind spot in your prevention strategy: loss of information, lack of overall visibility, delayed response to risks.
With Beepiz, you can identify these weak signals before they turn into accidents.

Reporting a dangerous situation
What is the ‘Report’ feature?
The feature allows employees to quickly report any hazards, incidents or near misses from the Beepiz app. Each report is centralised on the portal, enabling safety managers to monitor and deal with situations efficiently.
Who can use this feature?
It is only available to customers with the Enterprise package. Employees can report incidents, and security managers can view and process reports via the portal.
What types of reports can be made?
-
Risks or hazards observed in the workplace.
-
Near misses or incidents that did not cause damage but could have done so.
-
Situations requiring special intervention or follow-up.
Can we receive real-time notifications?
Yes, managers can activate a subscription to receive a notification each time a new report is submitted.
