Mass management of your licences becomes easier

During Edition 2022.3 we presented you the module for mass management of your licences.

This module has been upgraded to improve the user experience. You can now select the licences to which you want to apply mass management.

By default, for each action, all eligible licences will be considered.

The interface now includes 3 new buttons for :

Send invitations,
Cancel invitations,
Resend invitations.
Report-amico

💡 FOR EXAMPLE

When you send out mass SMS licences to your lone workers, some of them haven't activated them within 24 hours? No need to retype all the information, you just need to click on the "resend invitations" button.

 An automatic, detailed error report

From now on, when you import your file to send your licences en masse, a report in text format is automatically downloaded.

It gives you line-by-line details of all the errors (number already associated, number format error, etc.). All you have to do is upload a new file and make the corrections.

In the user profile settings, the link loss card has been enhanced and moved to the "Alert" section. You can now configure this feature to suit your needs:
  • Change the alert threshold (as was already the case),
  • Program the automatic stop of surveillance and the delay,
  • Generate or not generate an alert in the event of link loss.
Arreter-PDLMoreover, a "Stop" button now appears on the current session line.

This button lets you manually stop a monitoring session after 24 hours in case of loss of link.

NEW SSO CONNECTION ON THE MANAGEMENT PORTAL

SSO (Single Sign-on) allows users to access a wide range of applications without having to authenticate multiple times.

Already available for Gmail, you can now use your Microsoft SSO to log in to your Beepiz portal.

ROAD MODE: SWITCHED OFF BY DEFAULT

MODEROUTE

Road mode automatically inhibits immobility and loss of verticality alerts when Beepiz detects that the lone worker device is in a vehicule (and driving!).

As this feature is specific to lone workers using a vehicle, it will now be inactive for new profiles (if road mode is deactivated on the "default profile").

To activate it, all you have to do is go to the user profile settings, to the alert settings tab and tick YES where it is written Road mode.
